She is survived by: her parents, Ole Oare and Inga Oare (Boe); her daughter Carol Alms (Joe); her grandchildren, Dan Alms (Susan Stehling), Tony Alms (Ina Surerus), Jon Alms (Paula VanBeckum) and Bill Alms (Bonnie); her great grandchildren, Addy, Annemarie, Nat and Everett; her sister Gladys Halderson; and her sister-in-law Betty Oare.
