Tobi L. Hammond Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tobi L. Hammond (Clinton, Wisconsin), who passed away on May 1, 2018 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother John Swartout; and her grandparents, Ann Franseen, Agnes Swartout and Glen Swartout. She is survived by: her spouses, Timothy D. Hammond and Tim Hammond; her sons, Timothy Hammond and Jack Hammond; her parents, Allen Swartout (Julie) and Loretta Williams (Terry); her siblings-in-law, Toby Hammond (Cindy), Steve Hammond and Sheryl Riha (Jason); her grandfather Robert Franseen; and also Norm Hammond (Marie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
