He was predeceased by: his father Joseph H Leverty. He is survived by: his mother Georgia M Leverty; his siblings, Steve Leverty (Linda), Brad Leverty, Jackie Leverty-Greenhow (Butch), Mike Leverty (Shelli), Teresa Leverty Greenhow (Ron) and Sean Leverty (Michael); and his pet Emma.
