She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Thompson (Berg) and William N. Thompson; her daughter Suzanne Cardinal; her sister Nancy Thompson; and her daughter-in-law Jacque Lanier.
She is survived by: her former spouse Thomas Cardinal; her children, Kristine, Suzann and Scott Cardinal of Missoula, MT; her grandchildren, Nathan Heller, Brian Herrick (Jennie), Joshua Cornwall (Danielle) and Tasha Whitt (Brian); and her great grandchild Elton Cornwall.
