She was predeceased by: her parents, Romeo Kuepfer and Ella Kuepfer (Boettcher); her husband Howard M. Gibbs; and her sister Sandy Cain. She is survived by: her children, Sharon McIlquham of Chippewa Falls, Steve Gibbs (Pam) of Chippewa Falls and Bryan Gibbs (Kristin) of Mondovi; and her grandchildren, Sara Kawell (Jeff), Christopher Gibbs (Carrie), Rachael McIlquham, Emma McIlquham, Marissa Gibbs, Reid Gibbs, Briana Johnson (Seth) and Steven Linberg (Alex). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jackie's memory may be directed to the Chippewa County Humane Association.
