He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tambornino and Clara Tambornino (Klawinski); his son Chad; and his sister Joan Wellhoner. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Rose Tambornino (Jim Voigt), Tony Tambornino and Tara Tambornino; his grandchildren, Lily Fleming, Priya (Miraya Prasad), Lauren and Lindsey (Oran Voigt); and his siblings, Henry Tambornino (Donna) and Hoss Tambornino (Rosemary).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
