She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Agnew and Germaine Agnew (Rhyner); her husband Robert "Bob" Gaier; her parents-in-law, Carl and Barbara Gaier; her siblings-in-law, Ronald "Ronny", Charles "Chuck" Gaier, William "Bill" Kurtz and Vernetta Kurtz; her nephew David Kurtz; and her great-niece Lisa Hamilton.
She is survived by: her sons, Troy Gaier (Julie) and Jacob Gaier-Welch (John) of Chippewa Falls; her grandchildren, Zachary and Kendal Gaier; her siblings, Brent (Lu), Kim Agnew (Char), Chela Scheidler (Dennis) and Lori Agnew (Jamie Ottum); and her sister-in-law Janice Gaier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Wounded Warrior Project or donor's choice.
