She is survived by: her daughter Alicia Prior; her sisters, Madelyn Rudy, Cheryl Kaliebe (Robert), Longina Perino (Tony) and Kathy Higgins; and her close friend Larry Otto.

“Dear family of Victoria, I was very surprised and saddened by the loss of Victoria. She was a good friend to many, and I always enjoyed her companionship. I was unaware of any illness. It is ironic that the lady she had been helping, Caryl Chambers, died shortly after Victoria. It has been a sad time. Victoria was a very caring person. She took Caryl to appointments, church, and was a great friend to her and many others. She was part of the Bass Lake Association….I also dogsat for her.”
