It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John C Van Hollen of Chetek, Wisconsin, born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Hollen and Nila Van Hollen (Rosella Van Hollen); and his daughter Susan Van Hollen. He is survived by: his children, Peggy M. Kman (Jim) and J. B. Van Hollen (Lynne); his sister Virginia Lindeman; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Sabin (Adam), Jennifer Mika (Patrick), T. J. Kman (Sarah), Douglas Kman (Emma), Byron Van Hollen, Madelyn Van Hollen, Carter, Gage, Cali Mika, Adelyn, Jackson, James, William Kman, Stella and Esme Sabin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Community Center (8275 E Mill St, Iron River, WI 54847). A masonic service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
