He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Scott (Cipov) and Delbert Scott; his wife Charlotte Kraus of Beltsville; his daughter Michelle; his siblings, Bob, Ray and Yvonne Marie Knowlton-Knaak (Bonnie); his nephew Robert Knowlton; his niece Carol Effertz; and his great-grandparent Josephus Baily Scott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Effertz (John Sr.) of Weyerhaeuser, WI, Caroline Scott of Ladysmith, WI, Nancy Madejski of Orlando, FL, Sandra Tant (George) of Altanta, GA and Dennis Madejski (Sue) of Chetek, WI; and his nieces and nephews, John Effertz, Jr. (DeeDee) of Eau Claire, WI, Joan Good (Jeff) of Spring Valley, WI, Roger Scott (Georgia) of Hudson, WI, Elizabeth Scott (John Kohel, Jr.) of Altoona, WI, Chastity Ridout (Brett) of Weyerhaeuser, WI and Mindy Hamilton (Matt) of Chetek, WI..
