She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Lahde and Hilda Lahde (Mansika); and her siblings, Helen Laursen, Ervi and Elmer Lahde.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Strickland; her children, Stephen Strickland, David Strickland and Ruth Eastham (Bill) of New Auburn, WI; and her grandchildren, Aileen, Ben, Shay, Cheyenne and Veronica. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
