He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Waters and Leona Waters; and his sister Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lueders; and his children, Dennis (Kim) of Mequon, Christine Wright (Craig Stewart) of Missouri and Russel (Susan) of Cedarburg. He is also survived by many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
