He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Wulff and Eveline L. Wulff; his siblings, Carl A. Wulff II and Lorna May Huebner (Don); and his sister-in-law Ruth Willmington.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna Mae Moll; his sons, William J. Wulff (Kay), David J. Wulff (Lauri) and John M. Wulff (Hope); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Williams (Bradley), Carl Wulff (Lauren), Cedric Wulff, Matthew Wulff, Derek Wulff, Julia Wulff, Dion Wulff, Daniel Wulff, John Wulff and Josh Wulff; his great grandchildren, Maxwell, Noah and Levi; his brothers, Kurt Wulff (Louise) and Keith Wulff (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Dolly Moll, Eugene Moll (Gladys) and Clay Willmington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in his name to St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church, Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, ELCA Good Gifts or the Random Lake Food Pantry.
