He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Ebbers and Henrietta Ebbers (Wilterdink); his brother Don Ebbers; and his brothers-in-law, Lee DeMaster and Wayne Wieberdink.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Soerens; his sons, Joel Ebbers (Kaye), James Ebbers (Vicki), Jere Ebbers (Jody) and Jack Ebbers (Lisa); his grandchildren, Traci Hopeman (Dan), Jodi Jones (Jason), Tami Jacoby (Jason), Courtney Peterson (Trevor), Dana, Bradley, Leah, Adam, Skyler, Kaslin, Brayden, Trey, Ryan, Kyle and Brett Ebbers; his sister Nancy DeMaster; and his siblings-in-law, RuthAnn Ebbers, Shirley Wieberdink, Joyce VanStelle (Harry), Elwood Soerens (LaVerne) and Dennis Soerens (Marcia). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
