He is survived by: his nieces, Nichole, Stephanie and Lindsey; his stepsiblings, Linda Sears, Kathy Beverly (Dan), Karen Prochaska (Bob) and Marvin Burmeister (Dana); his uncle Tom Mertz; and his close friends, Kurt Konrath and Maria "Kat" Wortz. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
