He was predeceased by: his father John Hoitink. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Hoitink (Prinsen) of Cedar Grove; his siblings, Ann Prom (Mike) of Rhinelander, Amy Haack (Corey) of Middleton and Jan Hoitink (Kim) of Cedar Grove; his nieces, Becky Swanson (Sanford) and Heather Haack; his goddaughter Lucy Haack; his nephews, Eric Prom (Jenny), Ben Prom and Tyler Haack; his great-nieces, Kyra, Anele Swanson, Aubrey and Adelyn Prom; and his great-nephew Trip Swanson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
