He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wisse and Kathryn Wisse (Roelse); his parents-in-law, Harley and Ellen Meerdink; his sister Priscilla Lemmenes; and his brothers-in-law, Lamont Lammers and Dale Droppers.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Meerdink; his sons, Kurt (Julie) of Oostburg, Steven (Melanie) of Oostburg, Timothy (Annette) of Oostburg and Chad (Cheri) of Oostburg; his grandchildren, April Launer (Luke), Brandon, Erin Wisse, Alec, Trevor Wisse, Halie Henley (Eric), Jackie Molter (Jordan), Carissa Windsor (Ed), Brady and Brynn Wisse; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Landon Launer; his sister Marianne Lammers; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Lemmenes (Lorainne) and Delores Droppers.
Wearing a facemask and social distance are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his name for Oostburg First Christian Reformed Church and the Oostburg Ambulance.
