It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Wangeman of Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, born in Oceanside, California, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Arpke and Elaine Arpke (Stuermer); her husband Robert; her great grandchild Zayden Villarreal; and her brother Rodney Arpke.

She is survived by: her daughter Helena Vanessa Villarreal (David) of Cedar Grove; her grandchildren, Michael Villarreal (Nikolina) and Vanessa Villarreal (Tanner Klessig); her great grandchild Riley Villarreal; her sister Judy Riem; and her pet Tommy. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
