He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Kelter and Norma Kelter; and his siblings, Lee Kelter, Dixie Statz, Margaret Fass, Lucille Burns and Freda Goth.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Moyer; his sons, Jim Kelter (Lori) of Cambridge, Jon Kelter of Cambridge and Joe Kelter (Jodi) of Cambridge; his granddaughters, Jenna Luchsinger (Nick), Shelby Kelter and Rachel Kelter; his great grandchildren, Vivian and Evelyn Luchsinger; and his siblings, Clarmont Kelter (Paula), Lois Ballweg, Audrey Timmons, Joyce Brager (Dale), Victoria Brodt and Gloria Hefty (Tom).
