He is survived by: his spouse Khristine Morelock; his children, Crystal Ley (Zachary), Katherine Sterken (Nathan), Fort Atkinson, Kelley Kurkiewicz (Dason) and Lake Mills; his grandchildren, Kayln, Arlo Ley, Bella, Josh Sterken, Gideon and Baby K Kurkiewicz; and his brother Paul Perks (Patricia) of Salem, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
