He was predeceased by: his mother Alyce Monk (Crosby); his grandmother Irene (Crosby); and his brother Steven Monk (Peggy). He is survived by: his father Ronald Monk; his wife Victoria; his daughters, SkyLeigh Monk, Coral Kincaid (Monk) and Fort Atkinson; his son-in-law Colin; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Ryder, Farrah, Dexter and Hendrix; and his siblings, Scott Monk (Deb) and Lorene Peer (Jerry). He is also survived by friends and family.
