He is survived by: his wife Mary Mittlesteadt of Caledonia Township; his daughters, Lea Mittlesteadt and Lexie Calkins of Portage; his siblings, Monica Wagner (Jim) of Reedsburg, Myrna Williams (Jerry) of Reedsburg and Marvin Mittlesteadt (Merna) of Wonewoc; his sisters-in-law, Betty Mittlesteadt of Reedsburg and Shirley Mittlesteadt of Portage; and also, Lonna Calkins (Todd), Emma Hirano, Lauryn Hirano of Portage, Laura Hirano (Brian), Zoah of Shorewood and Scarlett of Shorewood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
