She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Martinez and Barbara Martinez; her stepson David Czerwinski; and her pets, Patches, Sammy and Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Sylvester Czerwinski; her children, Brett Geerdts, Tracy Geerdts (David Weber) and Brian Geerdts (Julia); her stepson Matthew Czerwinski; her grandchildren, Devin, Dylan, Dante, Tristan Geerdts, Nathan, Chloe Weber, Gabriel, Preston Geerdts, Trinity and Camryn Czerwinski; her great grandchild Paisley Geerdts; her sisters, Barbara Jean Martinez (BJ) and Merry Christine Lewis; her niece Sheri Wojciechowski; her daughter-in-law Tara Czerwinski (late David); and her pets, Mini and Bella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carbone Cancer Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
