He is survived by: his sisters, Marjorie Schults, Mary Lois (Marc) and Barbara Remer; and his children, Michael Remer, David Remer, Robert Remer (Toni), Margaret Mcallister (Joe), Joseph Remer (Kimberlee), Joshua Remer, John Remer Jr. (Danielle), Angela Remer, Roxanne Summers (Doug) and Eric Edwards. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
