He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Tobias and Carrie E. Tobias (Hohl). He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Tobias; his children, Mark Tobias (Kim), Paula Schwartzmann (Chuck), Greg Tobias (Gail), Lisa Marciano (Stephen), Lori Duba, Terri Tobias (John Erck) and Cindy Bastean (Steve); his sister-in-law Joan Holman of Kenosha, WI.; his brother George W. Tobias; his grandson Aaron J. Tobias; and his great grandchild Khloe E. Hill. He is also survived by grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
