It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas J. Lentz of Burlington, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Fred Lentz; and his uncle Jack. He is survived by: his mother Joan Lentz; his daughter Kayla Lentz; and his siblings, Trish Rediske (Mike), Matthew Lentz (Chrisy) and Jason Lentz (Sara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Doug's name can be donated to your local VFW Post, Crohn's & Colitis Foundation or to the American Diabetes Association.
