Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carol Jean Gruber of Burlington, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 85, on September 5, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hoesly and Aslaug Hoesly of New Glarus; and her brother Dwight. She is survived by: her husband Don Gruber; her children, Mark Gruber (Dawn) of Burlington, Gayle Boos (Jeff) of Fort Atkinson and Greg Gruber (Janine) of Sun Prairie; her grandchildren, Nicole Gavigan (Mark), Tanner Boos (Bree), Braeden Gruber, Josh Gruber and Kaelyn Gruber; her great grandchildren, Cayson and Callie Gavigan; her sister Delores Einerson (Ron); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Gruber (Jo) and Janis Hoesly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic School or Rainbow Hospice.
