He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Joel Brown; and his parents, Thaddeus Borkowski and Joan Borkowski. He is survived by: his wife Colleen A.; his son Keith Borkowski (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Tia and Aspen; his brother Don Borkowski (Diane); and his brother-in-law James Brown (Jody). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
