She is survived by: her boyfriend Michael McCrackin; her children, Kimberly Leavens (Leo Schuh) and Scott Leavens (Maria); her sister Elaine Lauer (John); her sister-in-law Theresa Pagenkopf; her grandchildren, Danille, Kelsey, Desiree and Emily; and her great grandchild Ethan Reid.
