He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Casper and Ledra Casper; his brother Francis Casper; and the mother of his children Carol Doud. He is survived by: his children, Verland Glenn Casper (Selena) and Kimberly Tomlinson (Joseph); his grandchildren, Devin Casper (Natasha), Cole Casper and Alexa Tomlinson; his great grandchildren, Ainsley and Kourtlynn Casper; and his siblings, Karen Burnett and Calvin Olson (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
