He is survived by: his mother Karen Perington; his siblings, Peggy Armson (Jerry), Lloyd, Mike and Scott; his stepsiblings, Jeff Perington and Denise Perington; his nieces and nephews, Jason Perington, Michelle Velie (Roger), John Koenig, Cassandra, McKenzie Larson, Ryan, Eric, Wade Larson, Robert Hughes, Phoebe Leonard and Traci Schlegel; and his cousins, Patti, Lynne and Danny Martin.
