He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Aleckson and Alice Aleckson (Waller); his wife Patricia; his siblings, Kenneth, Gary Aleckson and Jean Nash; his siblings-in-law, Jim Hagen, Leonard Nash, Marlene and Fern Aleckson; and his grandson Travis Olson.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Aleckson (Susan) and Diane Olson (Rick) of Melrose; his siblings, Ardyce Hagen of Eau Claire, Lois Johnson (George) of Strum, Herb Aleckson (Shari) of West Salem, Dean Aleckson (Cindy Berg) of Melrose and Don Aleckson (Mary) of Whitewater; his grandchildren, Tricia Waughtal (Jeffery), Tracey Olson (Amy), Garrett and Christy Aleckson; his great grandchildren, Nicholus, Connor Waughtal, Jordyn, Travis, Mia and Joshua Olson; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Megan Olson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
