He was predeceased by: his parent Czech; his wife Carol Jelinek; his grandson Steven Jelinek; and his siblings, Otto and Millie.
He is survived by: his son Dan (Mary); his daughters-in-law, Mary, Gail and Carol; his son Dave Jelinek (Gail); his grandchildren, Dave Jelinek (Toni), Kari Christenson (Rick) and Dallas Jelinek (Jen); his great grandchildren, Kelsey Zoromski (Tanner), Kaitlyn Noggle, Justin Jelinek, Alli, Paige Christenson, Fheonix and Sydney Jelinek; and his great great grandchild Bridger Zoromski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for BRF American Legion or Black River Memorial Hospice.
