She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hay; her siblings, Terry Haines, Bernard Haines (Mary), Tom Haines (Joyce), Harley Haines, Ruth Hogan (Hogie), Ida Ward and Linda McCullick (Gordon); her in-laws, Clayton Hanson and Robert Hay; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Hay.
She is survived by: her sons, David Hay of Beloit, WI and Dan Hay (Paulette) of Necedah, WI; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hay (Kim), Jennifer Hollick (Scott), Vicki Bull (Phil), Mike Mead (Jamie) and Nicholas Hay (Kayla); her siblings, Art Haines (Sandy) and Darlene Girton (Walter); and her sisters-in-law, Karen Hay, Lois Hanson and Sherry Haines. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
