She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jacoby and Martha Schmitt Jacoby; and her brothers, John, Arnold, Roland, Marvin and Duane.
She is survived by: her spouse Arno Ansay; her children, Dennis Ansay (Agnes) of Sammamish, WA, Gerald Ansay (Stacy) of Cedar Grove, Joyce Ansay of Belgium and Beth Wieberdink (Andrew) of Cedar Grove; her grandchildren, Megan Fleischmann (Joe), Ashlee Krizek (Aaron), Taylor Bocek (Adam), Kaitlin, Allison, Jocelyn, Davis Wieberdink and Aiden Ansay; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Noah, Lucas and Kaden; and her sisters, Dolores Schroeder (late Donald) of Cascade and Ruth Meyer (late Leroy) of Random Lake. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
