She is survived by: her mother Audrey Plate Jacoby; her siblings, Dale (Deb), Nancy, Gary (Tina) and Phil Jacoby; her nieces and nephews, Sophia, Nathan (JoAnna), Nicole Martin (Adam), Nick and Michelle Jacoby; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Evelyn, Ansel, Sawyer and Cole; and her friend Chris Depies.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Luxembourg American Cultural Society.
