Barbara Katherine Schommer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2020, at the age of 101, Barbara Katherine Schommer of Belgium, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jacoby and Mary Jacoby; her husband Alvin Schommer; her siblings, Peter, Raymond Jacoby, Laverne Schneider and Elvira Michalek; her son-in-law Mike Kowalczyk; her granddaughter Lindsey Kultgen; and her grandson-in-law Parker Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Kowalczyk (Jim LaHaie), Richard Schommer (Pamela), Marlene Bretschneider (Jay), Joyce Wood (Ernie), Donna Kultgen (Michael) and Lori Schmit (Bill). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Divine Savior Catholic Parish are appreciated.
