He was predeceased by: his brother David Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Mari of Baraboo; his daughter Jessamyn Dvorak (Charlie) of Lyndon Station; his grandchildren, Jemini Dvorak, Lana Dvorak, Clayton Dvorak and Alexis Dvorak; and also, Joe Schilling, Heidi Schilling and Justin Schilling. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bill's name to the National Kidney Foundation.
