He is survived by: his wife Josephine Hayes; his children, Abe, Matthew and Christa; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Leatherberry (Troy), Bentlee, Faith, Cody Heath (Nicole), Aleeah, Maylee and Logan Heath (Brooke); and his son River (Easton Norwalk).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the above listed organizations that Tom was a member.
