He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ralph Munch; and his great-grandparent James Schoebel. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Munch (Heather) and Shannon Wayman (Robert); his brothers, William Hart (Hailey), Taylor Hart (Kennedy) and Bryce Munch; his grandparents, Jim Wayman (Cathy) and Dani Munch; his nephew Parker Hart; his niece Violette Hart; his godson Everett Munch; and his aunts and uncles, Heather Pasterski (Luke), Nathan Wayman, Adam Wayman (Nicole), Scott Munch, Shawn Munch (Jody) and Brian Munch (Amy).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, UW Childrens Hospital or St. Judes.
