He is survived by: his brothers, Kenny Slater (Linda) of Kenosha and Steve Slater (Casandra) of Kenosha; and his sons, James Slater of Salem, Robert Slater (Misty) of Two Rivers and Jeffery Slater of Green Lake. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great-great Grandchildren.
