He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius A. Henke and Doris Henke; his wife Marjorie L. Henke (Dryer); and his siblings, Wendell, Rodger, Robert and Arlene Hill.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Henke (Karen) and Tom Henke (Peggy); his caregiver Lori Henke; his grandchildren, Jodi Henke (Kevin Burke), Kami Petitgoue and Kristen Johnson (Kyle); his stepgranddaughter Kristen Castleman (Phil); his great grandchildren, Ben Reardon, Logan Petitgoue, Harper Petitgoue, Julius Johnson and Joseph Johnson; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tricia Schneider and Colin Castleman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donation to be directed to the Friends of the Al Ringling Theatre, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, or Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
