Jerry Frank Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Frank of Baraboo, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 17, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Frank and Mary Frank (Fry); his parents-in-law, Phyllis and William Harold Dunham; his siblings, Gayno Joyce and Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Meralyn Haferman, Lola Dunham, Arlene Wright, Leonard Haferman, Donald Julson and Russell Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Dunham of Wisconsin Dells; his children, Rodney (Kathy) of Huntley, IL, Randy of West Allis, Ricky (Amy) of Waukesha and Terri Kaszubski (Allen) of Richland Center; his grandchildren, Gina Sawczuk (Mark), Michael Pascazio (Kate), Jesse Frank, Jordan, Austin, Rachel Kaszubski, Jaron and Nolan Frank; his great grandchildren, Nico, Sammy and CeCe Sawczuk; his sister Edna Dunham (Clinton) of Dodgeville; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Frank (Imogene Julson) of Reedsburg and Merton Dunham of Chicago. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
