He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Mabel (Kosin); his wife Susan Michel (Heike); and his brother David. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole (Chad); his grandson Brody; his brother Dale; and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
