He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rau and Mildred Hillmer Rau (Meyer); and his wife Nancy L. Wilda. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca DeMars (Richard) of Baraboo; and his brother Eugene Rau (Mickey) of Baraboo.
