He was predeceased by: his parents, George Puckett and Myrtle Puckett (Sutton); his wife Dora Ann Puckett; and his son Jerry Lee Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Paula Hansen (Jerry) and George Raymond "Clint" Puckett Jr. (Kim); and his siblings, Terry Puckett (Fay), Dustan Puckett (Debbie), Richard Puckett and Rett Odet Allah (Ali). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Lupus Foundation of America.
