It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Smith of Baraboo, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 27, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Gallagher and Rosemary Brady Gallagher; and her husband David. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Smith of Baraboo, Dr. Thomas Smith of Mukwonago, Theresa Hacker (Donald) of Ripon and Mary Anne Haynes of Waukesha; her grandchildren, Emma Smith, Aidan Smith, Benjamin Hacker (Nicole), Drew Hacker (Ashley), Anne Hacker, Dustin Hacker (Rebecca), Abigail Haynes, Laura Nichol (Trevor) and Karen Sharkey (Micheal); her great grandchildren, Quinn, Norah, Graham, Avery, Reed, Reece, Seth, Brynnley, Silas, Grace and Hezekiah; her brother Paul Gallagher (Carol) of New Berlin; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Gallagher of Lodi.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boys and Girls Club of Sauk County, Baraboo Homeless Shelter, or a charity of your choice.
