He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Cummings and Anna Cummings; his sister Kathryn Randall; his parents-in-law, Victor and Elsie Rott; and his sister-in-law Linda Eastman.
He is survived by: his son Kory (Shannon); his grandchildren, Colin of Baraboo, Hallie of Baraboo, Shea of Baraboo and Stella of Baraboo; his daughter Kimberly (Geoff Zimmer) of Ladysmith; and his siblings, James of Baraboo, Crystal Hasheider (Paul) of Baraboo and Daniel of Pewaukee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
