With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie M. (Wendt) Phillips of Baraboo, Wisconsin, born in Portage, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 10, 2022 at the age of 62. She was predeceased by: her mother Darlene; and her daughter Alisa. She is survived by: her husband Donald Phillips; her children, Thadius, Rebecca, Kenneth and Angel; her father Lawrence "Newt" Wendt; and her siblings, Tess Carpenter, Lisa Housner (Jim) and Rick Wendt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
