She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fredrick and Charlotte McCormick; and her brother Raymond Fredrick. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Kornack of Athens; her children, Patrick Kornack (Jackie) of Fenwood, Sarah Payton (Kyle) of Athens and Amber Kornack (Kevin Bornemann) of Kaukauna; her grandchildren, Brinley, Owen, Brace, Clover and Troix; and her pets, Zoe, Copper and Waylan. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting memorials in Marcy's name for St. Jude Children's Hospital.
